Domiciliary and Home Care within Swansea and Llanelli areas

Join our team

We recognise that Care workers play an important role within our organisation, ensuring every individual receives the support they need to assist them to remain independent in their homes. We therefore ensure that we ensure that we offer good working conditions, around the clock support and encourage feedback and suggestions as to how we can continue to improve things.

We only employ those who we would trust to look after our own family members. If you have a caring nature, are empathetic to individual needs and can make a good cup of tea to compliment a good conversation – we probably want to hear from you!

Working in care

Social Care Wales (please link to web page https://socialcare.wales/registration) registration is now required for all Care workers working in Wales. We will fully support you to apply and pay for your annual registration.

Level 2 in Social Care is required within 6 months of working as a Care worker as part of your Social Care Registration. Again, we will support this on-the-job training.

There are a number of mandatory training courses to be completed at induction, most of which can be completed using the online portals provided with your NACAS membership. Other training and development opportunities will be discussed and organised as part of your development.
