Concerns & Complaints

Whilst we really hope (and make every effort) to ensure your experiences with Cura are all positive, we realise that there will be occasions where someone may wish to raise a concern or complaint.  We welcome any and all constructive feedback and the learning opportunities that presents.

If you feel you need to raise a concern or make a complaint, please refer to our Complaints Policy, for more information on how the process works and how your concern or complaint will be handled and responded to.  We hope to work with you to fully resolve whatever issues you may have with any aspects of our service.

Care Inspectorate Wales Feedback on Social Care Services

As a Domiciliary Care Company registered in Wales, Cura is quality assured and regulated by the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).   

CIW have their own feedback portal, on their website, where they encouraging both positive feedback and sharing of concerns about social care services in Wales.
